CA Mohinder Kumar Kansal is one of Delhi’s most distinguished chartered accountants, with over four decades of independent practice since 1986. He has guided generations of businesses through statutory audit, direct tax, corporate governance and long-term strategic advisory. His reputation for integrity, depth of judgment and client-first approach forms the philosophical foundation on which Westbridge is built.
Manuj Kansal leads Westbridge’s cross-border advisory, transaction structuring, capital markets and international tax practice. With deep expertise across India-UAE-UK corridors, pre-IPO engagements and NRI wealth structuring, he brings a capital allocator’s commercial mindset to every mandate — combining technical rigour with decisive, outcome-oriented thinking.
Tanvi Kansal is a Chartered Accountant with deep experience in financial advisory and investigations, shaped by tenures at PwC and KPMG. She leads Westbridge’s due diligence and forensic practice — advising PE and strategic investors on transaction-related financial reviews, fraud investigations, internal control assessments, and complex related-party analyses. Her Big 4 methodology brings institutional quality to every engagement she leads.
